1) Architectural / Author’s Supervision

• Providing opinions and approvals for project elements executed by the contractor (shop drawings, details, and construction methods)

• Advising contractors during the execution of works defined by the project

• Interpretation and clarification of technical documentation

• Monitoring the execution of works and evaluating their aesthetic quality and acceptability

• Clarification of additional works required for project realization upon request

Note: This service does not include quality control of materials, assessment of construction technologies, collection of quality certificates, or obligations related to warranty periods.

2) Consultations

• Consulting during the selection of equipment, materials, and loose furniture

• Visits to selected showrooms together with the architect for practical evaluation of selections and their compliance with the project
