Cooperation Options

Depending on the current state of your project, you can choose between two approaches:

· Option 1 | Based on an Existing Layout If you already have a finalized and approved floor plan with furniture arrangements, we immediately fast-track to the creative 3D design phase.

· Option 2 | With Spatial & Programmatic Analysis If we are starting from scratch, our team handles the entire preparation: site survey, precise measurements, lifestyle analysis, and creating 2–3 space planning layouts. Once the optimal layout is chosen, we proceed to 3D modeling.

Our Process

Our design workflow is transparent, guiding you step-by-step toward your ideal space:

1. Defining the Style: You can share reference photos of interiors that inspire you. If you are unsure about the direction, our team will propose tailored aesthetic concepts using curated moodboards.

2. 3D Modeling: Once the visual direction is approved, we build a precise 3D model of your space using industry-leading software (3ds Max & Corona Renderer).

3. Detailing the Design: We precisely select and refine flooring, ceilings, lighting design, wall treatments, and the perfect balance of loose furniture and custom millwork.

The Outcome: A comprehensive visual concept delivered as a premium PDF or JPG presentation. The number of renders is unrestricted — ensuring that every room is fully and beautifully presented down to the finest detail.
