MOAA Mountain House is an apartment within a hotel complex, designed to offer guests the authentic warmth of a mountain retreat alongside the sophisticated comfort of contemporary luxury. Our core concept was to reconcile contrasts, creating an environment that is simultaneously rustic and refined, intimate and representative.

The interior is defined by a carefully balanced interplay between natural textures and modern elements. We allowed rustic materials—such as expressive timber beams and rich wood finishes—to play a dominant role, grounding the space in the authenticity of its mountain surroundings. These traditional elements are intentionally contrasted with contemporary furniture, bespoke textiles, and modern finishes, resulting in a layered, dynamic interior.

The design goal was to evoke a sense of peace and security, while maintaining the high standards of modern hospitality. The spirit of rustic mountain living has not been suppressed; instead, it has been reinterpreted and elevated. The result is a space that respects tradition while celebrating a modern lifestyle—a sanctuary where guests can experience the perfect harmony of heritage and high-end design.
