Nestled in the breathtaking landscape of Krasnaya Polyana, near Sochi, this mountain villa interior celebrates the raw beauty of its origin. Our design approach was rooted in deep respect for the building’s original wooden structure, which we preserved as the centerpiece of the home.

Every element added thereafter serves to honor this foundation. We chose a palette of natural stone and wood cladding to define specific ambient zones, adding layers of depth while allowing the authentic warmth of the timber to take center stage. For the flooring, we selected travertine—a material that perfectly balances rugged mountain character with a refined, contemporary sensibility.

To complete the vision, we integrated a lighting scheme that follows the architectural lines of the roof, punctuated by sculptural chandeliers in key living areas. The final result is a harmonious retreat that bridges the gap between traditional mountain living and modern architectural elegance.
